Is intentionally controlling the way we breathe. A way to approach mental health, tone the nervous system, and stimulate areas that need to be addressed.
VIBROACOUSTIC THERAPY
Vibroacoustic therapy uses sound to produce vibrations that are applied directly and/or close to the body in order to bring it back to balance.
REIKI
Reiki therapy is based on the belief that vital energy flows through the body. Andrea uses gentle touch -or places her hands just above the body- to guide this universal energy in a way that promotes balance and healing.
FOCALIZING THERAPY
Is an intention based, somatic healing modality that listens to the innate intelligence of the body in order to conjure resilience, heal from trauma, build intimacy and uncover new possibilities.
SHAMANIC JOURNEYING
Shamanic journeying is a way of finding answers, retrieving information, healing, acquiring wisdom and knowledge as well as guidance or help from the spirit world for one’s personal life.
YOGA
Yoga is a union. Union between mind, body, spirit and the Divine. Yoga is a disciplined active process, not only of the body, but of the mind and of any daily activity. Through movement and breathing practices we align and find unity. Andrea teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Nada yoga.
