¿What it's breathwork?
Breathwork is intentionally controlling the way we breathe. It is a way to approach mental health, tone the nervous system, and stimulate areas in the body that need to be addressed.
Breathwork can be done on your own or can be structured as a part of a formal program to tackle specific needs. The purpose of breathwork is to directly influence the body’s inner workings in order to reduce stress and anxiety, increase calmness, activate the body in order to prepare it for exercise, stimulate the digestive system and tone the vagus nerve, amongst others.

You can go for weeks without food, days without water, but only a few minutes without breathing. Breathing has such an immediate impact on your mind and body that even the act of inhaling vs. exhaling affects your nervous system differently. It’s common to train in diet, exercise and even hydration, but almost no one trains their breath. This is a huge missed opportunity for health-seekers.
